He said the bully backed down, and everyone saw it! I got so choked up that he looked at me and asked me why I was crying. I just told him I was so proud of him.

A total body workout routine is a great way to stay fit, healthy, and energetic. Rather than focusing on the same muscle group every time you hit the gym, it’s important to concentrate on your body as a whole.
Anyone at any fitness level can participate. With morning and evening classes six days per week, there is a time for everyone to get in a good workout and get fit!
